Proven. Synapse Networks, Inc. was founded in 1995 to capitalize on the emerging convergence of voice and data services through telco provided Basic Rate ISDN (BRI) services.  The company's first offering was specialized ISDN hardware and software for the prepress and printing industry.  With the growth of the Internet and the world wide web, the company moved into data networking, partnering with Ameritech, local Internet providers and equipment makers Ascend Communications and Netopia.  In 1998 the company became one of the first NetScreen (now Juniper Networks) partners in the midwest, building a growing competency in security and VPN technology.  Over this period we have worked with a large number of companies in all facets of networking, security and infrastructure development and support. 

Reliable. Since its inception, Synapse Networks has expanded its offerings to include all areas of IT Data Networking and Security. In the Security and Networking arena, Synapse excels in firewall, intrusion protection, SSL VPN technology, and unified threat management (UTM) capable solutions. Synapse also provides solutions across the Microsoft product family, including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint, and related Microsoft technologies.  In addition to the complete line of Juniper products, we also partner with Aerohive Networks for wireless, Fortinet, Barracuda, Websense and Symantec to bring a well-rounded line of products to our clients. All Synapse Networks engineers are highly trained, skilled, and experienced in all products offered.
