Synapse Networks offers consulting and security evaluation services to
assist companies with one-time or ongoing assessment of their network
security infrastructure, configuration, or management procedures
(including data collection/logging, analysis, alert response, and
containment). Our experience is based on over seven years of working
with corporations on their security equipment evaluations, purchases,
implementations, and subsequent management. We have hands-on experience
with most leading firewall/VPN appliances (Juniper, Fortinet, Cisco,
Checkpoint and SonicWALL), antivirus vendors (Trend, Symantec, McAfee),
and Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems (Juniper, Fortinet,
Cisco).
For penetration testing and network security scanning we employ a mix
of open source and commercial software and hardware (including the
Juniper IDP hardware) to give companies an accurate assessment of their
present security risk.
